MEET THE FITNESS REBELS

Jason Moughon

Name: Jason Moughon

Anytime Fitness Title: General Manager and Lead Trainer

Anytime Fitness Location: South Longview and Hallsville, TX

My weakness: lower body flexibility, donuts and cold weather

What keeps me motivated: my faith, my kids, my hope for society’s health, fitness awareness and success.

Working Out Sucks, but: not being able to enjoy life to the fullest sucks way more. Aiming for good health isn’t all about looking good or being able to run a marathon, it’s about reclaiming your life. It’s about winning little victories and attaining a quality of life that sound health provides.

I feel my best when: I am enjoying life with my wife, kids, and family, working out, or encouraging others on their health, fitness, and life journeys.

If I could tell the world just one thing about exercise and fitness, it would be: that it doesn’t have to suck. Make it fun! It will provide a quality of life that you will get addicted to. You are worth it!

The hardest thing I have ever had to overcome in my life: was overcoming the loss of my grandfather. We were close and made many great memories together. His passing was too soon. He is missed.
